Sugar beet, grain row-crop rotation, afterharvest crops, by-products, fertilizers. To establish the effect of afterharvest sideral crops and by-products on the sugar beet productivity. Generally accepted methods. Details of the effect of sideral crops and by-products on phytosanitary soil status, its water and nutritive regime, cropping capacity and sugar beet root crop quality are determined. To groe afterharvest sideral crops in crop rotation and to use by-products under sugar beet for fertilizer is recommended to the production. Alternative fertilizer system in field crop rotations of the Zhitomir and Khmelnitsky regions. The fertility and phytosanitary status of the soil, row material quality are improved; energy and material expenses are reduced, production profitability is increased.
