The dissertation is devoted to investigation of chronic obstructive bronchitis pathogenesis and course particularities in patients with coronary heart disease. Those were characterised by mutual severity syndrome, cellular and humoral immunity disorders, local non-specific resistance alteration, local antioxidant defence system failure. The effectivness of antioxidant drugs bemitil and quercetin application in comprehensive treatment of cared patients was proved.
