Smirnova O. Infiuence the eicosanoids on function and state respiratories ways in children with recurring bronchitis and bronchial asthma and ways of correction therapyes.

The eicosanoids level in blood, saliva and condencate of expirated air was investi-gated in 72 children with recurring bronchitis and bronchial asthma. The investigations were carried out in the dynamics of pathology processe. There were revealed the dissonans in di-rections of eicosanoids concentration oscillations in dependence of disease period and activity of inflammatory processe, mediators characteristics and biological fluid's character. The disbalance in complex system of eicosanoids interation, which remains in recovery period of disease testifies to the disorders of metabolic lung function in children with recurring bron-chitis and bronchial asthma. At the reparation phase of the disease the intensified production of bronchoconstrictor mediators as well as the lowered levels of bronchodilatators mediators were preserved. Shows effects therapy berodual in 40 children with recurring and chronic bronchitis with purulent endobronchitis.
