We had received 214 patients with the spread malignant and non-malignant tumours cavitas nasi, paranasal sinuses, orbits and basis crania. The define 15 variants of the diagnosis algoritme with the use CT, spiral CT and MRI. On the basis of stadying semiotics CT we can obtain genesis of tumour in 1,4% cases of studying malignant and non-malignant tumours in - 71%, MRI - 7,4% and 75% of studying. Accordingly with the results of topographoanatomical CT diagnosis with results of visual verification: tumours cavitas nasi and paranasal sinuses -90,3%; basis crania - 86,1%; orbit - 87,5%; MRI diagnosis of tumours cavitas nasi and paranasal sinuses - 85%, basis crania - 92,8%, orbit - 80,9%; for a spiral CT- tumours cavitas nasi, paranasal sinuses - 95%,basis crania - 90,9% in cases of studying.
