Essay

The work is devoted to questions of a pathomorphism, revealing and immunoprevention of a tuberculosis at children of early and preschool age, which are investigated on a pathomorphologic and clinical stuff. The recent trend of rising of efficacy of revealing and immunoprevention of a tuberculosis based on the concepts of early revealing of disease and a method of a revaccination BCG with purpose of an Eleutherococcus extract, promoting to rising of efficacy of early revealing of a tubercular infection contamination in 2,8 times, decrease of frequency infection of children in 5,9 times and prevention of originating of the complicated forms of a tuberculosis is developed.
