Complex for evaluation of the intracardial hemodynamics and myocardial comtractility of left and right heart ventricular has been created.The complex created applied in the analisis of right ventriculography data.All parameters of the complex have been verified by the data of other investigation methods (x-ray contrast ventriculography echocardiography.The clinical approval of the complex was conducted an the basis of examination of 610 pts with cardio-vascular diseases (ischemic heart disease, essential hypertension, pulmonary heart).The most prognostically valid myocardial failure criteria under ischemic heart disease essential hypertension, compensated pulmo nary heart, have been discovered by mathematical modeliling according to RNVG data.
