Dissertation is devoted to issues of advanced treatment and diagnose of chronic diseases of stomach and duodenum in children and teenagers. There is performed the new trend in the pathogenic therapy, which is based on the results of the complex investigation of the functional motor intercoupling of the organs of digestion under gastroduodenal diseases in children and teenagers. There were studied the phasical dates of the pH, the gastroduodenal motility and pressure, the phasic changes of the gallbladder and function tonic activity of pancreas in the under gastroduodenal diseases in children and teenagers. There were suggested the principles of the differential correction of the functional motor disturbances under gastroduodenal diseases in children and teenagers.
