Object - a collier of deep coal mines, rats. Aim - analysis of mechanisms of development and to establish gears of diseases of a liver and kidneys for the colliers, to elaborate ways of their preventive measures. Methods: biochemical, immunological, radioimmune, immunofermental for definition of parameters of proteins, lipide, pigmental exchange, transaminases, contents of electrolytes, creatinine, renin, aldosteronum, vasopressinum, prostanoids, endothelin, a1-timosinum, parameters of the immune status, lipids peroxidation; light, submicroscopy, electronic histochemistry for installation of morphological changes in kidneys and liver; a rheography for definition of a central hemodynamics. The schemes of a pathogeny of diseases a liver, and proteinuria and hematuria arising after a working shift for the colliers, ways of preventive measures are offered. Field of application: internal illnesses.
