The thesis is devoted to the problem of theoretical of substantiation and practical implementation of programmes aimed at improving in the poultry of meat crosses. The ways for increasing in effectiveness of heterosis breeding in meat poultry farming are considered and methods of modelling poultry breeding traits and forecasting a level of meat productivity are developed.
