Essay

The work is devoted to rising of efficacy of early revealing, prophylaxis and treatment of a tuberculosis at children of the school age living in terrains, polluted with radionuclides. The infringements of immunodefence at the schoolboys of various age-grades in dependence on a degree of pollution of terrain are revealed. The methods of a chemioprophylaxis of a tuberculosis with use flurenizid and revaccination BCG with application of an alimentary preventive product "Bdjilka" designed. The proved efficacy flurenizid in a complex chemotherapy of a tuberculosis of a respiratory organs at the schoolboys.
