Policy of Poland, Czechoslovakia and Romania concerning ukrainian prisoners of war and internees was researched. Basic ways and methods of decision of the problem were found out. There were used methods of research: problematic-chronological, comparative-historical, structural-systematic, statistical-analitical. New conceptical methods of approach of research this theme were proposed.
