Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of direction in molecular disorder condensed media spectroscopy, which is based on complex study with help of theoretical, experimental, numerical methods of local structural dynamic properties spectral displays in such systems. Dissertation all-round justifies the influence of original mechanism of resonant intermolecular dynamic interaction on formation of contours and frequent position of intramolecular vibrations spectral bands of wide set of liquids as fundamental phenomenon of condensed media spectroscopy. The avail-ability of near order anisotropy in molecular liquids on periods of existence vibration averaged structure of liquid stateis established. The nature of adsorption and local dynamics of some molecular colouring agents in luminescent magnetic powder compositions with iron oxides are determined. The structural dynamic characteristics of nucleotide bases are determined, as well as their spectral displays and biophysics importance are analysed.
