The dissertation gives a thorough analysis of the important role of the Slavonic peoples in the ethnopolitical structure of the Habsburgs' monarchy. The development of cultural and civil relations are clearly expressed in the given thesis. The most significant educational and scientific ties of Slavonic peoples of Austrian monarchy, the well-organized cultural and research activities of the teachers and scientists have been taken into consideration. The level of influence on the contacts and development of the Ukrainian culture in Calicia, Transcarpathia, Bukovyna is also expressed in the dissertation.
