Essay

644 persons were examined: 271 of them patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CG) with nephrogenic ezophagogastroduodenopaties (EGDP), 221 patients with CG and with accompanying EGDP, 102 patients without injuries of the kidney, 50 practically sound persons. Purpose of work - to raise efficiency of treatment patients with CG and abnormalities of the ezophagogastroduodenal zone (EGDZ) on the base of studying influence of different external and internal factors, particularities of clinic nephrogenic EGDP in the comparison with primary diseases similar localizations, development of new complexes of physical methods their noninvasive an express-diagnostics, differential diagnostics and treatment with provision for the nature and patogenesis these defeats. Used clinical, laboratory, instrumental (including dynamic renoscyntigraphy, sonography, ezophagogastroduodenoscopy, irydology, dermatoglyphic), statistical methods of studies. Revealled patogenesis of nephrogenic EGDP, installed that their frequencyan d nature depends on stage, currents and activities of main disease. For the first time designed, approved and introduced in the practical person: method of complex evaluation of breaking an EGDZ in patients with CG, way of differential diagnostics of primary and secondary EGDP, complexes noninvasive physical skreening-methods of early diagnostics and quantum-efferent complexes of their treatment (within the Ukraine). Scope of use - nephrological, therapeutic, gastroenerologycal of a decorating of regional, district, town hospitals, polyclinics, diagnostic and therapy centres.
