Koval'chuk V. Mining work concentration parameter optimization in iron ore quarries

The thesis is devoted to the theory and technique elaboration of determination of mining work concentration parameters optimization in the iron ore quarries. The methodology of concentration parameters determination, direction of development and routine of mining operations both in the separate quarry and in the group of quarries based on the variable meaning of the rock mass reserve supply degree is worked out. Meanings of the optimal rock mass reserve supply degree are determined which vary in different quarries from 1,11 - 1,6 months. The methodology of depth and transition ordes determination to concentration with internal waste heap formation the meanings of which constitute 170 - 250 m is worked out. The criterion is substantiated and method of determination of ore mining production concentration parameters in the region with variable need of metallurgy in the iron ore raw material, taking into account ecological consequence is elaborated. The realization of results into practice of designing and production enabled to get actual economic effect (992,34 thousand hrivnas) and expected economic effect (16,2 mln. hrivnas).
