I the thesis there were reflected the data which show that in pathogenesis of generalized parodontitis the importent role belongs to the violation of the interconnection between the process of free radical lipid oxidation, hemostasis, immunity and nonspecific resistancy of an organism and the degree of the development of the generalized parodontitis. To eliminate such forms of the disease it is necessary to include to the complex of treatment some preparations of polypeptide nature. It was determined that the use of polypeptide preparations worth while to fulfil in all degrees of generalized parodontitis.
