The dissertation is devoted to the implementation of management in formation systems(MIS) for organizational-technical object of control. The significant problem of MIS computer-aided design, inculcation, support and development integrated means is solved. The MIS implementation adaptive technology conception to comprehends all MIS life cycle periods to generalize flexible and mobile technologies opportunities, to supplement a complex of computerised processes formalization models and a collection of data-mining, adaptation and MIS design, support and development diverse mechanisms integration means are proposed, investigate and realised. In order to implement the conception the computerised processes formalization complex model, quasi natural language interface implementation, the linguistic and algorithmical means of conceptual, logical and phisical design, support, development and communication are elaborated.
