Essay

The thesis focuses on the elaboration of versatile hydraulic models of well jet pumps used in the process of drilling and completing wells. The elaboration of the general concept of creating mathe-matical models and investigation of the process of operation of well jet pumps on the basis of mathe-matical simulation of hydraulic links between the elements of ejection system taking into consideration the boundary conditions of its operation are done in the thesis. Due to the use of a more representative initial material in the process of creating mathematical models the certainty of estimation of geometric, hydrodynamic and regime parameters of the jet pump was increased by 6.9-75%. On the basis of gener-alization, classification and systematization of the characteristics of jet pumps the techniques for choosing design and regime parameters for their 15 major uses in wells have been elaborated in the thesis, which will enable to increase the efficiency of the ejection sys tem 1.33-1.35 times. The basic data obtained have been implemented by the leading (in the field of using jet pumps) enterprises when designing well ejection systems with improved technical characteristics.
