Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between alterations in buccal epithelium and benign, malignant tumors of breast and thyroid with the aim of working out a new computer-aided method of early diagnostics of breast and thyroid cancers. Complex study of morphometrical, densitometrical and textural indices of interphase nuclei demonstrated the similarity between changes in buccal epitheliocytes and epithelial cells of pathologic lesions.
