Essay

The dissertation deals with the development of the physically nonlinear theory and solution methods of twodimensional problems of the stress concentration in the composite shells and the analysis of the stress-strained state in them. Using the Kirchhoff-Love or Timoshenko hypotheses and accounting for a possible membrane or shift degeneration the new mixed linearized functionals for four variants of the shell theory are constructed. Geometric hypotheses of thin shells are realized by the Lagrangian multipliers method.
