Flegontova V. Immune suppressive properties of conditionally pathogenic bacteria

Research object: 3180 strains of conditionally pathogenic bacteria isolated from 970 patients with purulent-inflammatory diseases. Aim of research: determination of immune suppressive properties and their realisation mechanisms in conditionally pathogenic bacteria causing purulent-inflammatory diseases. Research methods: microbiological, immunological, electron microscopy. Theoretical and practical outcomes: the criteria for immunotherapy in patients with purulent-inflammatory diseases are created. Scientific novelty: it is established that the duration of purulent-inflammatory process depends as from conditionally pathogenic bacteria system in strengthening of their pathogenic properties, so from immunoregulatory processes of macroorganism. Degree of introduction: the materials of thesis are used in pedagogical process of three medical higher educational institutions of Ukraine and in work of five clinics.
