Marushko Y. Clinical-bacteriological and immunological characteristic of frequently sick children and diferentiated methods of their treatment

. 604 frequently sick children in the age 1-15 years old were observed. The medico-biological, including immuno-genetics socio-economic factors of risk, features of creation of group frequently sick children on a background of chronic tonsillitis, pharhyngitis, adenoiditis were explored. The deterioration is depending on a degree of inflammation changes in tonsils of a state of colonization resistance and morphological changes in tonsils, deterioration of metrics system and local cell-mediated & humoral-mediated immunity, phagocytosis, status of an interferon. The advanced approach to learning a problem of treatment and rehabilitation frequently of sick children, that allows in view of clinic, state of colonization resistance of tonsils, metrics of immunity to allocate clinico-etiopathogenetics variants often respiratory infections in children, with chronic tonsillitis, and promotes individual treatment of these patients.
