Viruses that are transferred by soil and maintain there infectious traits (Furoviridae, Nepoviridae, Tobamoviridae, Cucumoviridae etc) have been intensively studied only recently, whilst epidemiology of viruses that are transferred by vectors are well established in the last decades. Computer data base are extremely important for such predictions and should be introduced for evaluation of phyto-sanitary status of agrocenosis (with further expanding to include other pests and disease agents such as insects, nematodes, bacteria, fungi etc).
