Essay

The thesis is dedicated to study a clinic and pathogenesis of the involutional mental disorders among women. the examinated patients with borderline (in a structure of the climacteric and postcastration syndromes) and psychotic (involutional depressionand paranoid) forms of mental disorders demonstrated a broad spectrum of psychopathology, but the basic symptom was an anxious-depressive affect. It was shown interactions between the biological and social-psychologic factors in a genesis, structuration and dynamics of the mentioned forms of mental disorders. On the basis of a system analyze's methodology it was established that the continuum of "physiologic climacterium - pathologic climacterium - involutional psychoses" could be considered as the separate links of a common pathologic process. In the thesis a theoretic basis and a practical corraboration have established for the therapeutic efficiency of the substitute hormone therapy, psychotherapy and antidepressive medesine "Stablon" especially in th e cases of a borderline level of the involutional psychopathology that allows to recommended them for the treatment and prophyiaxis of the mentioned disorders.
