Essay

The conception of the development of structural and functional abnormalities of bone in rheumatoid arthritis and long-term glucocorticoid therapy with forming of rheumatoid-associated osteopenia and glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis has been formed. Risk factors, rate of bone loss depending in influence different agents have been definied. The incidence of bone fractures has been established. The disturbances of calcium-phosphoric metabolism, bone turnover, disbalances of sex hormone and participation in rheumatoid-associated osteopenia and glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis forming have been investigation. The original technology of antiosteporotic preparations' application according to bone state and its turnover has been elaborated. The using area is a medicine.
