The thesis is devoted to the questions of rise treatment an effectiveness of the GN, deceleration of rates it progressive at adult patients of different age groups on the basis differential of learning of parts patogenesis at the patients depending on the age. In operation the clinical, morphological forms, rates it progressive of GN, feature of processes of exchange lipid, state about - pro-antioxidant systems, imuno-microbiology mechanisms of implementation GN at the 553 patients of different age are studied. In thesis the new direction of differentiate medicament application of therapy GN in dependence from the age is developed. The expediency of most active tactics the treatment in conditions of accelerated development progression GN which most frequently meets at the teenagers and young men is reasonable theoretically and confirmed practically , the place of puls-dozes cyclophosphani, IACE in mono-and complex therapy GN is shown, the therapy of a choice is defined at the treatment GNwit h urine by a syndrome (membronostabiling therapy in the age of till 21 years, hyperbarical oxygination on the average age, treatment dipiridamole in the age of is higher 40 years). The results of operation have found implantations in theraputic and nephrologe clinic.
