The thesis with the research of actual problems of the state management of the economic of Ukraine in the administrative-lawful aspect. In work the reasons of origin and existence of shadow economy are investigated; the main concepts are indicated; the consequences of an operation of shadow economy are chosen: shadow policy, corruption, organized criminality, economic criminality; the manifestations of shadow economy in socio economic life of company are systematized; the world (global) experience of realization of measures on war ning and counteraction to shadow economy is circumscribed.
