The clinical peculiarities of the II stage hypertension (HP) and chronic bronchitis (CB) in person who took part in Chernobyl liquidation work (liquidators) are presented. Structural changes in liquidators tissues lead to some clinical peculiarities of HP - damaged eyes bottom vessels, predominance of dilatation processes in heart muscle and clinical peculiarities of CB - significant local inflammation process, bronchoobstructive leisions.
