The dissertation is devoted: new approach for solution of scientific and technical problem for creation of optimum support structures of high-voltage lines in the CAD-system is defended. This approach based on elaborated design model for high-voltage line as a unified system and a new algorithm of optimization for these structures also. Mutual behavior of all elements and the demands of economics and technology are taken into consideration.
