Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the experimental investigations of artificial and natural plasma disturbances by optical methods. The observations gives evidences for beam-plasma collective interaction during the injection of electron beams into the ionosphere. The barium cloud ionization in the CRRES G-11b experiment was the strong evidence of critical ionization velocity (CIV) processes. The spectra measurements in INTERBALL project for ions stream moving over the polar cap (4Re) from the ionosphere to plasmasphere after the magnetospheric substorm has showed non-Maxwellian distributions in ions energy spectra. The seismoionospheric phenomena were analysed and Na emissions in optic and NO molecular emissions in IR (5.3 mkm), were pointed as the indicator of ionosphere disturbances "from the bottom".
