According to the theme of 392 patients with leptospyrosis, including 250 wit severe symptoms have been infestigated. The routine, biochemical, analyses of the (including spyrography, ultrasound measure) has been done. Clinical-pathogenetic mechanisms of life-threatening processes and condition (divolemia, diselectrolitium, diseminationed endovasous folding of a blood, infection-toxic shock, acute cardiac, respiratory, renal, lifer failure, cerebral infringements) has been studied in dynamic/ The level of diagnostics of the life-threatening conditions and leptospyrosis has been verified/ The affernt-efferent therapies was improved as well, the modem techiqyes and new medicines (carbonic and granulated sorbents, aminacids, disaccharides) have been applied, plasma-pheresis, plasmosorbtion, blood ultrafltration. As the results the treatment level is increased, the lethality by 20.3%/
