For a given sectorial linear operator the parametrizations of all its maximal accretive and sectorial extensions, their resolvents and adjoints in terms of abstract boundary conditions and new representations of closed sectorial forms in terms of resolvents of associated operators and one-parameter semigroups are obtained. Applications to boundary value problems for second order differential operators are given.
