Essay

Deformable heat and mass conductive bodies with surface inhomogenities and defects. The general features of contact behaviour of this bodies under condition of superposition of fields of strains, temperature and diffusant's concentration is elaborate. Method of investigation is based on theory of complex potentials and singular integral equations. Models of mechano- thermodiffusional interaction of bodies with thin nonhomogeniuos layers and interface defects were developed. New unknown contact phenomena, caused by surface structure and coupled physico-mechanical fields, were revealed, in particular, contact disruption in vicinity of defects; thermoelastic instability; effect of flux direction in structures with contacting cracks. Areas of application - power, machine-building industry.
