Physical properties of dense low-temperature nonuniform plasma. Relaxing pulse the dense plasma of argon and helium in electric shock tube (EST) and free-burning electric arc between copper electrodes were investigated by methods of high-speed tomograph spectrometry. The dense is the plasma of parameters that are sufficient to support the state of local thermal equilibrium at the central part of the plasma volume in a case of its unifofmity between boundaries. Adequate diagnostics methods of such objects developed on the base of speed tomographic emission and absorption spectrometry and of the probe methods in collisional mode of particles at the near-probe layer. The equation of a state for electric arc plasma parameters is offered in the typical for this plasma region of parameters, when atomic plasma-forming particles are in LTE, and ionic - in partial LTE. The generality of behavior of the dense plasma ionization degree during its expansi on in EST is determined as well as the efficiency of electric-discharge plasma-dynamic systems through interrelation of a discharge current pulse parameters and achieved increasing of pressure in discharge volume. The presence of volume of nonequilibrium plasma in free-burning electric arc in copper vapour is established. As was shown the influense of gradiental factors on equilibrium properties of plasma should be considers in the certain hierarhy, and equilibrium of electric arc plasma and minimal losses on transfer of electrical energy in its discharge channel are interconnected effects. The parametrs of Stark width of spectral lines 510.5 nm and 515.3 nm Cu I are identified.
