Dissertation is devoted to the issue of upgrading and optimization of medicosocial help system for children from radiation risk groups on the base of developing and introducing in practice the modern technologies of diagnostics, rehabilitation and prophylactic of healts state evalutians by investigation of changes in microcirculatory, coagulation haemostasis, immunity and prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis. The results of the investigation of health state evaluation of children from different groups of radiation risk were introduced.
