The science-practical problem of high performance concrete (HPC) production by way of developing the technology principles of such concretes using the developed high intensive physical chemical activation of cement systems is solved in the dissertation. The cavitation phenomenon is first used in HPC technology. Cavitation affects all cement system components that are the physical part of activation. The chemical part of activation is the designed organic mineral complex. Concrete with B 70-90 degree with reducing the general porosity to 3,7-4,4% and free lime to 3-4% and increasing the limits of crack formation to 0,87-0,92. is obtained.The range of application - building.
