The operation is devoted to a problem of creation and implantation of effective technical solutions of ferro-concrete constructions and dip buildings on the basis of designed methods and models taking into account feature of their collateral operation with the basis during construction and maintenance.The models of the ground environment and contact models of the basis designed. The allocation of horizontal pressure of a ground on underground constructions is obtained on the basis of solution of the theory of an elasticity and theory of a limiting equilibrium. The computational methods of constructions of technical floors, cellars, tunnels, walls a skid open caisson, horizontally weighted ferro-concrete pile's foundations and other buildings are offered. The experimental researches of true operation of a number of ferro-concrete constructions interreacting with the basis, in natural and laboratory conditions are carried out.
