The thesis deals with the problems of clinics-laboratory and morphological investigation of the state of the gastrointestinal tract in children with functional and organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, development of pathogenetic drug therapy, and assessment of the proposed methods effectiveness. The effect of different factors on formation and pattern of morbidity was identified. The indications and patterns of individual pathogenetic therapy are proposed, and their efficiency is shown.
