Depressive conditions. The mechanism of forming depressive disorders. Next methods investigation were used: the clinic-psychopatological, immynological, electrophysiological and statistic methods of investigation. The data about clinical polimorphism, psyhopathological diversity of the depressive conditions were obtained, variants of expression and dynamics of development of their were described. Some causal matters and conditions of depressive disorders forming were investigated. The pathopsychological, neurophysiological, immunological mechanisms of pathogeneze were learned and principals of therapy of modern forms of depression were proposed. This data will allow to reduce term of starting a diagnosis depressive conditions and to improve the effect of treatment patients from this category.
