Pyasets'ka N. Clinical and pathogenetic aspects of early anemia premature, modern principles of its prevention and treatments

The thesis is dedicated to a problem of improvement nursing of premature infants at the gestation age of 26-32 weeks on the basis of analysis of a pathogenesis, clinical picture of an early anemia premature and mining of a therapeutic complex of its prevention and treatment. New recent trend in study of mechanism of development and treatment of early anemia premature is presented. Erytrocyte and hemoglobin functional status, hemoglobin derivates, lipid peroxide oxidation molecular product spectrum, change of erythropoietin were studied in the dynamics of late postnatal period of premature newborns. Clinical classification, hypothetical model of a pathogenesis and therapeutic method of anemia of premature have been elaborated. Studies show the high clinical efficiency of recombinant erythropoietin in combination with vitamins E, A, C, folic acid and iron drugs for prevention and treatment of early anemia in premature infants. We conclude that treatment stimulates erythropoiesis, moderates the course of anemia, is assosiated with a reduction in alogenic erythrocyte transfusions.
