Essay

The tesic deals with the conception of adaptation based on the combination of specific therapy with the transitionof adaptation reactions from the condition of distress to the normal physiological state characterised by high non-specific resistance. There have been investigated a number of new reactions and appropriateness correlating with stomatological patology and connected with mouth liquid, pulp of teeth, fabrics of the paradont, hard fabrics of teeth, charging condition of cells of buccal epitelium. It has allowed to develop and introduce in the practice of children's stomatology the methods of preventive maintenance and treatment, and of 9 new safe, non-invasive electrophysical, radiotechnical, spectrocolormetric express methods of quantitative diagnostic and research.
