The system of early forecasting of psychic disorders is developed in the dissertation. The major factors predicting formation, current and clinic of a pre-disease mental disorders are allocated and investigated on sample 2849 operators. A technique of early forecasting of psychic disorders, system of psychiatric examinations of the persons with high probability of psychic disorders, principles and the practical recommendations for prophylactic a mental health are developed and applianced.
