Monetary-credit relations under conditions of transforming economy. To investigate the peculiarities of banking system activity as the main institutional mechanism of the organization of monetary-credit relations. The methods of research are system appraisal, dialectical approach, comparative and factor analysis. The theoretical conception of the banking mechanism of organization of monetary-credit relations on the macro- and microeconomic levels have been worked out. The practical ways of improvement of the central bank and commercial banks work have been determined. The sphere of use is functioning of banking system concerning realization of monetary policy and crediting of economy.
