Petrushanko T. Integral individual approach to prophylaxis of parodontium diseases

In a thesis the idealized generalizing and new solution of a scientific problem is adduced, which one appears in the substantiation of the system personal approach in realization of prophylaxis-rehabilitational measures on paradontium diseases on the basis of the analysis of a role of psychosomatic ratio in their occurrence and development. On the basis of clinic-experimental researches the scheme of methods and measures of preventive measures of paradontium diseases and demonstrated necessity of the integral personal approach to their realization is improved in view of a general condition of health, psychophysiological features, such as reacting the person, season and age biorhythmology, indexes astenization, intensity of carious process, fluorosis, condition of an occlusion, paradontium tissues, oral hygiene, presence of parasitic habits, and also living conditions, training and household activities. The high organizational and medical efficiency of the offered and inserted preventive measures for th e adolescents is determined.
