Shevchenko A. Medical rehabilitation of lung cancer patients during radical treatment and in the dispensary observation

The object of research: process and tendencies of medical rehabilitation of radically treated lung cancer patients. The aim of research: to develop system of methods of medical rehabilitation of lung cancer patients at all stages of radical treatment and dispensary observation. Methods of research and equipment: functional, immunological, morphological, radiological, endoscopic, psychological; the polyanalyzer ПА 5-02, devices "Явь-1,7-1" and "Альфа-2", microscope. Theoretical results and novelty: the new knowledge about features of mitotic regime of lung tumors easy are got. The way of prophylaxis pleural adhesions and method of prognostication of postoperative current of illness is developed. Practical results: methodical recommendations for realization of X-ray and combined treatment of lung cancer regarding daily biorhythms of tumor cells are developed, recommendations for preventive maintenance of pleural adhesions and implantative metastases are also developed. The methodic of prognostication of postoperative current of illness is developed. Degree of inculcation: the basic elaborations are introduced in medical practice of thoracic departments of four clinics and in oncology teaching programs in two medical high schools. The patent on invention is got on prophylaxy method of postoperative pleurisies. Efficiency of inculcation: increase of efficiency of X-ray and combined treatment of lung cancer patients, decrease of amount of postoperative complications. Increase of amount of the patients who have come back to social useful work, improvement of quality of their life. Sphere of use: oncologic establishments, faculty of oncology.
