Essay

The object is automated systems of energy carries control and accounting (ASECA); the aim is improving the accuracy and trustworthiness of energy carriers accounting; the methods are error analysis, probability theory, mathematical statistics, methods of imitation simulation and nature experiments; the novelty is that the complex problem of metrological assurance (MA) of ASECA is sold, the methods of calculation experimental estimation of errors and risks and the corrections of allowances for ASECA channels verification are proposed for the first time; the results are the following: the scientific basis of MA ASECA is realized taking into account the influence on their accuracy of algorithmes, calculation and control components and the complex of normative documentation on MA of information measurement systems and automated systems of technologycal processes control; it is introdused at the enterprises of electric power and oil & gas industries; the field is metrology, accounting and control of energy carriers, instrument making.
