Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of treatment results improvement in patients with multidrug resistant tuberculosis. Wide-spectrum antibiotics were assessed with special regard of their antimycobacterial efficacy, treatment regimens were elaborated. Technology of treatment of patients with lung tuberculosis caused by multidrug resistant MBT allowed for 26 % increase in treatment efficacy and 22 % decrease in patients mortality due to tuberculosis as compared with traditional existing methods.
