Essay

The dissertation is devoted to general interval and histogram methods of building structures reliability evaluation with scarce entrance data are proposed. The method of creating regions according to scalar characteristics has been developed, the method being free from subjective contribution of the researcher. The major peculiarities of permanent, snow and wind loads, variability of strength and strain characteristics of concrete and fixture, geometric dimensions that determine the reliability of reinforced concrete structures are statistically described. The methodology of solution of the reverse task of building structures reliability in the interval setting is presented аnd of calculation of separate frames in a framework of a multi-storey building with a non-axial slabs arrangement is offered.
