Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of creation of kinetic theory of X-ray luminescence (XRL). The basic kinetic model of X-ray luminescence suggested in this work takes into account the spatial inhomogenious generation of electronic excitations and the kinetic of time variation of spatial distributions for scintillation and phosphorescent processes. The calculation system of distribution of carrieres over the different centers permits to determine all parameters of scintillation processes and phosphorescence. The physical processes of the phosphorescence by X-ray excitation are adequately described by the suggested kinetic model. The main principles of investigations in constructing of the kinetic radioluminescence theory were pointed out.
