Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of microscopic selfconsistent theory of electron-deformation effects in the crystala wiht structural ingomogeneities (point, line, plane ones, dislocation wall) and in the strained heterostructures. On basis of the theory the mechanism of creation of an electron-deformation dipole on the strained heterostructure, along dislocation axis and on dislocations in dislocation wallis presented. It is established that magnitude of the dipole moment depends on the carrier concentration in the strained contacting layers, on the constant of deformation potential and on the elastic constants.
